Connecting Your Custom Domain

Using a custom domain helps you build trust and brand recognition. Instead of sending clients to yourname.bookeeyme.test, you can send them to bookings.yourdomain.com.

Prerequisites

• An active Pro Plan subscription.
• Access to your domain registrar's DNS settings (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare).

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Add your domain in BookeeyMe

1. Go to your Business Panel.
2. Click on Settings > Domain.
3. Enter your custom domain (e.g., bookings.yourcompany.com) and click Save.

2. Configure your DNS records

You will need to create a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing to our servers.

• Type: CNAME
• Name/Host: bookings (or whatever subdomain you want)
• Value/Target: cname.bookeeyme.test

Note: If you are using Cloudflare, make sure the proxy status is set to DNS Only (gray cloud) until the SSL certificate is fully provisioned.

3. Verification

Once you have added the DNS records, it may take up to 24 hours to propagate globally, though it usually takes just a few minutes.

Return to your BookeeyMe dashboard and click Verify Domain. Once verified, we will automatically provision an SSL certificate for your domain.

Troubleshooting

If your domain is still not verifying after 24 hours:

• Check for typos in your DNS records.
• Ensure you don't have conflicting A or CNAME records for the same subdomain.
• Contact our support team for assistance.
